Essential Functions
The College of Business Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha invites applications for an Instructor and Director of our Real Estate Program. This position is initially a one-year contract. The successful hire will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate Real Estate classes, averaging 3 sections per semester, mentor students, and serve on relevant committees as needed. Teaching may require either online or on-campus modes of delivery.
As Director of the Real Estate Program, the successful candidate will provide strategic direction and administrative oversight of the program by engaging with the Real Estate community, seeking opportunities to create synergy, organizing community engagement events, managing the Real Estate Center Advisory Board, and maintaining ties with UNO Real Estate program alumni.

This critical billet within the Department of Finance, Banking, & Real Estate is a multi-faceted position, which directly enhances student experiences and coordinates CBA activities with those of the greater Omaha Real Estate Community.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in business or Real Estate
Preferred Qualifications
Real estate experience, either in residential or commercial. Graduate degree is highly preferred.
