Instructor: Dialysis Technician

Nexus Medical Training Center is seeking a part time Dialysis Technician Instructor to join our team.

The Dialysis Technician instructor’s responsibilities will include the following:

1. Deliver lectures using hands-on techniques.
2. Plan, prepare, and deliver approved curriculum daily.
3. Plan and organize instructional materials/supply inventories/tools/equipment.
4. Prepare lesson plans.
5. Track student grades and attendance.
6. Lead, inspire, motivate, and advise students to participate actively in their educational process.
7. Provide regular, accurate, and timely feedback to students and the school concerning academics.

Candidates must have the following to apply:

- At least two years of work experience providing direct patient care in a Dialysis unit.
- Good communication skills.

Teaching experience is preferred.

*A BPSS Teaching license is a major plus*

Your pay will be based on your level of experience. We will be interviewing within the next week!

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Direct Patient care in Dialysis unit: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BONENT CHT (Preferred)
• CCHT (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• BPSS Teaching License (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Bronx, NY 10455: Relocate before starting work (Required)
