Instructional Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain training modules and related materials to support new and existing Company training programs.
• Create supporting animations, photographs, and videos.
• Consult with subject matter experts as needed.
• Provide project updates and review final drafts with subject matter experts.
• Write scripts, organize and direct video sessions required to support module development.
• Prepare all training materials for translation.
• Maintain revision control of all documents.
• Conduct training sessions as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Less than 2 years' related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have valid driving privileges
• Occasional travel and overnight stays (0-5%)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent writing, communication skills, and experience with various computer applications
• Crown Product Knowledge
