What You’ll do as the eLearning Developer/Instructional Designer in Organizational Development
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to analyze training needs and translate complex topics into clear and concise learning content.
- Utilize instructional design principles (ADDIE) to design interactive and effective online training. This may include storyboards, scripts, eLearning courses, hybrid training approaches, and job aids.
- Utilize your technical skills in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia/Snag-It) to create engaging and accessible online training modules.
- Design instructional support resources including but not limited to tutorials, FAQs, job aids, and “How To” guides and other reference materials.
- Support programs with A/V and web-conferencing equipment.
- Create visually appealing graphics and animations that enhance learning experiences.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning design to enhance the effectiveness of learning offerings.
Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing training projects from concept to delivery.
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and eLearning technologies.
- Ability to work with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe CC, Snagit)
- Experience with Learning Management Software (LMS).
