Description:
Responsible for the planning/designing of the Revenue Cycle education programs curriculum and materials based on consultation with other departments and system/industry/regulatory needs and requirements. Ensure consistency of BHSF Mission, Vision, and Values while driving a culture of continuous learning. Estimated salary range for this position is $64862.42 - $84321.15 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees: Bachelors Licenses & Certifications: NAHAM Certified Healthcare Access Associate Certified Revenue Cycle Representative Additional Qualifications: Or an equiv. combination of instructional design/dvlpmt work or an equiv. combination of education & exper.Must obtain Revenue Cycle Representative Cert within one year of hire. Cert preferred in Healthcare Financial Management Association.Demonstrate knowledge & application of adult education principles/policies/practices.Demonstrate skills designing assessments/simulations.Demonstrate knowledge of learning theory,instructional strategies,curriculum standards & assessments.Extensive exper/knowledge of PC applications,including Office 365,Microsoft Office - Word,Excel,PowerPoint, etc.Exper in Articulate 360 or other e-learning authoring or dvlpmt software required.Working knowledge of audio/video editing software is required.Graphics/photo editing skills required.Working knowledge of HTML,XML & CSS preferred.Basic app dvlpmt knowledge preferred.Exper using &/or managing content in a learning mgmt. system preferred.Highly organized & able to effectively maintain multiple initiatives while driving sustainable operational changes.Demonstrate flexibility to perform other tasks as needed in a work environment with changing work needs.Strong time mgmt skills,managing multiple priorities & a heavy workload in a high-stress atmosphere.Self-motivation with an ability to work effectively within a team environment.
