The highly qualified Training Specialist-Instructional Design we seek:

• Will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and facilitation of the Orange County Clerk of Court’s training programs.
• Will facilitate classes, evaluate skills, identify learning gaps, and train employees to improve workplace performance.
• Will create branded training material and schedule training sessions.
• Will focus on instructional design.

Requirements for the Training Specialist-Instructional Design:

• High School diploma or GED.
• One (1) year of practical experience in developing and delivering training solutions, teaching, mentoring, or a similar assignment.
• Licenses, certificates and/or registrations required upon hire: Florida Driver’s License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.28 - $28.07 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
