Title: Electronic Assembly Inspector
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00/hr DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Location: Westminster, CO

Temp-to-Hire
What you will do:
Inspect electronic assemblies, including fine pitch SMT and through-hole components.
Work in a manufacturing environment utilizing team-building, SPC (Statistical Process Control), and Demand Flow concepts.
Maintain and meet production requirements through team scheduling and quality meetings.
Collaborate in problem-solving within a team environment using principles from SPC and TQC (Total Quality Control).
Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of inspection experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
Ability to read and inspect from procedures and prints.
Experience using microscopes and magnifying glasses for inspecting fine pitch SMT and through-hole components.
Training or certification in IPC-A-610.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow procedures and processes.
Experience in electronics manufacturing and soldering is preferred.
Strong communication skills in both written and oral English.
Proficient in computer use, including Windows, Excel, and Word.
