About this role:
The Inside Sales Customer Support role will be the wholesale customers’ trusted point of contact for any questions or queries related to orders or any of our products. Day-to-day you’ll provide excellent customer service to our wholesale customers and ensure a seamless customer experience. Inside Sales Customer Support is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make an impact on our customers’ experience and enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to wholesale customer inquiries
- Assisting the sales team in generating and managing wholesale leads
- Preparing and sending quotes, proposals or sales contracts to customers
- Maintaining and updating databases, records and reports
- Participating in sales and marketing events such as trade shows, conferences and product launches
A background that includes the following skills, attributes and training would best suit this opportunity:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to re(prioritize) and multitask effectively
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic with a drive to learn and grow within the organization
