Inside Sales/Admissions Coordinator - Assisted Living

Salary: up to $75K per year (depending on experience)
Qualifications:
- Must have healthcare experience as a Marketer or in Admissions; experience in assisted living preferred.
- Proven sales experience and ability to effectively sell services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be an energetic, self-driven individual with ability to develop and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple admissions and inquiries simultaneously.
- Compassionate and patient approach when dealing with individuals in challenging situations.
- Familiarity with the admissions process and regulations within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in using relevant software applications for record-keeping and data management.
Responsibilities:
- Will engage with prospective residents and their families, showcasing the benefits and features of the facility.
- Build strong relationships and trust by providing accurate and compelling information about their community.
- Sell the unique qualities of the facility, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for residents.
- Manage the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and evaluating prospective resident’s needs.
- Conduct comprehensive tours of the facility, highlighting the amenities, services, and care available. Promote the facility and attract potential clients.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including managing high-volume phone calls and effectively selling the facility
- Manage Google Ads
- Utilize healthcare industry knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
- Efficiently handle paperwork related to admissions and sales processes.
