Responsibilities for Inside Sales Coordinator
- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing customer information in Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute sales-related documentation, reports, and materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries.
- Monitor and manage sales pipelines and report on key performance indicators.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
