We are a small business (5 employees) and this is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast paced, growing company.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The Inside Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining an email inbox, contating customers for approvals and representing the company as a whole. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

JOB BASICS:

SETTING, PAY, HOURS:

Work remotely from home from 8am CST-5pm CST. (Can be in any time zone, but this is the time zone you will need to work in. 1hr worth of breaks during the day.

Computer and headphones will be provided. Must have a very reliable internet and phone connection. No distractions at home such as watching a child, rowdy animals, etc. Must have a quiet space to work in.

This is a 1099 contracting job, not W2.

Pay starts at $20/hr. Potential opportunity to turn into a full time Sales Rep within 6-12mo.

Training will take place in Wichita KS over a 3-5 day period to learn computer systems. After that, no travel required.

Must have 3 years of overall work experience in a related field. Minimum 2 years in a Sales Support, sales rep, office manager, CS Rep, Account manager role.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct calls exisintgcustomers to collect paperwork or payment

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Coordinate Repossession of assets

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

Experience:

- Previous experience in Inside Sales Support, Inside Sales or a similar role is preferred

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong knowledge of technical sales and ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits

- Experience in inbound and outbound callingr

- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales activities

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
