Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Our team at Symphony Concrete Coatings continues to be a leader in the concrete coatings and home remodeling industry. As an Inside Sales Representative you’ll be our front lines for delivering our message of quality and customer service as the first point of contact for our company. You’ll reach out, answer questions, talk, text, and receive calls from our interested prospects. Guide, reassure, and persuade potential customers to take advantage of a fun and interesting demonstration of our incredible concrete floor coating. We will provide you with all the training necessary to help you set qualified appointments for our outside sales team from your own home!

This is a fully remote position, our company serves Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine, typical business hours will be in Eastern Time. Your schedule can be flexible and can adjust daily, however most of our customers will be reaching out and communicating during our busiest time from 3pm -8pm est. You’ll be calling on our extensive database of prospects who have reached out to us to set an appointment, as well as new daily inbound prospects.

This work from home program allows for flexibility with a competitive hourly base pay plus an exciting performance based bonus structure.

Duties and responsibilities

• Contact warm inbound prospects and set qualified appointments for our outside sales staff
• Maintain and manage business systems related to the data entry and contact of leads
• Make outbound calls to prospects, qualify and convert them to appointments
• Receive inbound message contact and respond to comments on all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and others.
• Receive inbound calls from prospects, qualify and convert them to appointments
• Contact appointments that require a reset appointment
• Report daily results and track performance
• Attend weekly virtual meetings

Qualification

• 2 years minimum Professional experience with outreach, lead setting, Inside Sales, call center, outside sales, or canvasing.
• 2 years minimum of remote or work at home experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English with clear pronunciation and minimal accent
• Expertise in persuasion and negotiation
• Skilled with customer service with a polite, congenial, attitude and tone
• Strong computer skills
• Experience with Social media platforms including Facebook
• Experience with business system software, CRM, and phone systems
• Experience With Google suite software
• Professional experience working with scripting or prepared presentation materials
• Must have a smart phone
• Must have a reliable high speed internet connection
• Must have a quite and private location to make calls from
• Must be available from 2pm -8pm est
• Available Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings

Compensation

You will receive an hourly rate with an additional bonus structure. Total compensation between $40k-$65k.
