About us:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our comprehensive portfolio of safety solutions. Your consultative approach and drive for success will contribute to achieving our sales targets and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grow and develop assigned accounts to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Utilize consultative sales techniques via telephone, email, and webinars to build strong customer relationships.
- Retain existing business and maximize account penetration through cross-selling and generating new referrals.
- Identify and pursue new prospects through trade shows, targeted mailings, and referrals.
- Analyze market trends and individual account needs to identify additional selling opportunities.
- Effectively manage territory assignments and follow up on product-specific promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all information, sales orders, and profile activity in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or related experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Proven track record of success in consultative sales using various communication channels.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving account growth and development.
- Strong prospecting skills, utilizing trade shows, mailings, and referrals to generate new leads.
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and adapting sales strategies to meet customer needs.
- Territory management experience and the ability to execute sales campaigns effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation of sales activities.
