Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Representative for Geriatric Medical, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth. Key duties include conducting web presentations, identifying and closing sales opportunities, and engaging customers through phone, email, and social media. You'll develop accounts, utilize Business Intelligence data, and monitor personal KPIs. The role demands excellent communication skills and a commitment to the company's values and culture. This position reports to the Sales Enablement Manager in the Revenue department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct web presentations.
• Identify, qualify, and close business.
• Use phone, email, social media, and marketing campaigns for overall business growth.
• Secure incremental sales opportunities utilizing BI data and pull-through opportunities.
• Develop accounts by checking customer's purchase history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining features.
• Identify and address any customer disengagement.
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing industry-relevant information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on personal KPIs and sales goals.
• Present business reviews to customers to identify opportunities and ensure customer success.
• Resolve customer issues independently or with assistance from management.
• Responsible for maintaining performance and activity metrics and updating the company CRM.

The ideal candidate is open to visiting customers approximately 10% of the time, and lives in eastern Massachusetts. This role will be mostly work-from-home with the expectation of training & occasional in-office days, which will be held in our Woburn offices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
