Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as assisting with the conversion of warm leads into sales. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that they have a positive experience with our company.

In this role, you will not be responsible for pursuing new sales opportunities. All leads provided will be warm and pre-qualified, allowing you to focus on closing sales and providing excellent customer service.

In addition to your sales and customer service duties, you will also be responsible for data entry and basic administrative tasks. Good typing skills and proficiency with a computer are required for this position.

This position has both part time and full time available with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Provide information about the products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

Pay:
Base salary + commission

Pay: $16.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
