Our Inside Sales Associates are the backbone of the team. They are the voices of JSA and provide our Agent team with appointments. By meeting goals and having great drive, our ISA's can earn $50,000 in their 1st year.
This position has the best of both worlds: a base salary with benefits AND real estate commission!
Here's what you'll do every day:
This role is in-office with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers.
- Tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Agents.
- Utilize strong communication and follow up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of a CRM.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Laugh (most important!).
Here's what experience/skills you need to have:
- Excellent communication skills, strong phone voice, ability to build rapport quickly over the phone, strong sense of urgency and excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be team oriented / collaborative, learning based, possessing sheer grit and great attention to detail.
- Real estate experience preferred, but not required;
- Must be willing to obtain a Michigan Real Estate license within the first 120 days. We will support you and your training along the way!
- Positive attitude and a sense of humor is a must :)

Compensation, Benefits & Perks
- Base plus commission with the potential to earn $40k-$65K in the first year.
- JSA paid training
- 8 Paid Holidays + 2 Personal Holidays

Available after 90-day training Period:
- Blue Cross or Blue Care Network Health Insurance, dental and vision with JSA premium contribution
