Inside Sales Representative Job Overview:
As an inside Sales Representative at Freedom Motors USA you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing customer inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate new leads and sales opportunities
- Continue and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, budget, and timeline
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to move them through the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Verify and update existing customer information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Document call information according to standard operating procedures
- Route calls as appropriate and per standard operating procedure
- Complete daily tasks by the end of each business day
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly metric goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Inside Sales or customer service preferred
- 3+ years customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization skills
- A proactive and results-driven mindset
- Exceptional Written and Interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional problem solving capabilities
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions and information
- Bilingual is highly preferred

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
