Inside Sales Representative

This position is with Fabreeka, a Stabilus owned company, which is located in Stoughton, MA. Fabreeka brings nearly a century of experience providing vibration isolation and shock control solutions for customers worldwide.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing pre-qualified leads while quoting and generating business with new and existing customers.

Essential Job Functions:

• Create customer accounts/ contacts
• Generate customer quotes
• Process all Hubspot leads
  • Qualify
  • Send lead to appropriate department/ territory if needed
  • Quote
  • Document notes
  • Close the lead
• Analyze sales data
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding new and existing business
• Answer inbound calls from the Inside Sales phone queue

Education, Training, Certifications:

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience with proven Inside Sales position strongly preferred.

Job Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong phone presence and experience receiving calls daily
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Accountability:

• Responsible to follow all Fabreeka procedures and technical guidelines as well as adhere to customer requirements.
