Inside Sales Representative
This position is with Fabreeka, a Stabilus owned company, which is located in Stoughton, MA. Fabreeka brings nearly a century of experience providing vibration isolation and shock control solutions for customers worldwide.
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for managing pre-qualified leads while quoting and generating business with new and existing customers.
Essential Job Functions:
- Create customer accounts/ contacts
- Generate customer quotes
- Process all Hubspot leads
- Qualify
- Send lead to appropriate department/ territory if needed
- Quote
- Document notes
- Close the lead
- Analyze sales data
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding new and existing business
- Answer inbound calls from the Inside Sales phone queue
Education, Training, Certifications:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience with proven Inside Sales position strongly preferred.
Job Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong phone presence and experience receiving calls daily
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Customer/Client Focus
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Teamwork orientation
- Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively
- Strong listening skills
- Patience and self confidence
- Good judgement
Working Conditions:

Accountability:
- Responsible to follow all Fabreeka procedures and technical guidelines as well as adhere to customer requirements.
