Job Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced Inside Sales Setter to join our team at our new office located inside the Walmart in Christiansburg, Virginia. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a knack for sales and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with potential clients within the Walmart premises, effectively communicating the benefits of solar energy.

• Set up appointments for potential solar installations, coordinating with our team of closers who will follow up at the client’s home.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in solar energy.

• Work towards meeting and exceeding set sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in sales, preferably in a high-traffic retail environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role.

• Knowledge of or interest in renewable energy and solar technology is a plus.

Compensation:

• This is a 100% commission-based position with potential draw against commission

• Paid training based on hitting training metrics

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $6,500.00 - $30,000.00 per month
