General Job Description
Fully remote Account Specialist Builds relationships with account owners through a series of letters and phone calls. The primary responsibility of the Account Specialist is to contact the account owners, make them aware of the situation and explain how Dunbar can assist in getting their money returned. Candidates must reside in East or Central times zones. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE VOICE RECORDING TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION
Duties and Responsibilities
The Remote Inside SalesAccount Specialist position is responsible for performing outreach primarily by phone, offering Dunbar’s recovery service to account owners and working with them throughout the recovery process. ( YOU MUST COMPLETE THE VOICE RECORDING TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION.)
- Build relationships and trust with account owners and educate them on the process and benefits of using Dunbar’s services
- Place approx. 40+ outbound phone calls per day to account owners
- Answering incoming phone calls from account owners and provide accurate answers to their questions and concerns.
- Maintain regular communication with account owners and/or entitled heirs via email, phone, text and mail.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, to do’s, updates and information sent and received in communications and log it into the Salesforce.com customer database.
- After training, have a firm understanding of all related legal documents
- Utilize phone, chat, Teams and other internal tools to interact with co-workers and management
Needed Skills
- Comfortable working on the phone, using a headset
- Excellent professional verbal, typing, and video communication/interpersonal skills
- Strong, upbeat and positive phone presence
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Precall prep experience utilizing CRM data to be fully ready to handle the call
- Previous sales territory management experience
- Previous outbound calling experience and or field sales experience requiring phone work
- Previous experience and history of success in a quota carrying position
- Salesforce.com experience or other CRM equivalent

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 plus $20-30k avg commissions with no ceiling.
Benefits:
