The Inside Sales Representative will enthusiastically promote and support Hope Public Adjusters by developing and implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. This individual will embody Hope values by building strong relationships with insureds, contractors, aligned vendors, and network resources, ensuring that confidence and trust are instilled in every step of the sales process. This person should be able to travel 30% of the time to conferences and meetings with contractor partners, etc. The areas of accountability are as follows:
Deliverables:
1. Develop referral relationships with contractors, suppliers, and additional network resources (e.g., hotel management).
2. Develop relationships with prospects through virtual networking apparatuses which includes 1on1s, events, and sales meetings.
3. Conduct phone or virtual meetings with insureds to discover needs and present a solution by displaying our service capability and clearly defining our value proposition.
4. Collaborate with team members and partner teams both locally and nationally to develop proposals and onboard new clients.
Reporting:
1. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
2. Track business opportunities, contacts, and activity within the CRM.
Compensation Structure:
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Salary: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. It is expected that the Inside Sales Representative works remotely with some travel to meetings and conferences.
Paid Time Off
The Inside Sales Representative’s Paid Time Off allotment will be outlined in their formal offer letter.
Performance and Wage Review
Performance Reviews will take place on an annual basis.
