Public Adjuster Assistant

Job Duties:

• Assist the Public Adjuster in all aspects of claim management, including the evaluation and adjustment of property claims.
• Handle supplemental paperwork efficiently, ensuring all documents are accurately processed to support claim settlements.
• Utilize Xactimate software to estimate property damages and repair costs accurately.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and contractors to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Support the Public Adjuster in negotiations with insurance carriers to achieve optimal claim resolutions.
• Maintain and update claim files with all pertinent information, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry standards and software updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in handling insurance claims and using Xactimate software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in documentation and data management.
• Licensed Public Adjusters will be given top priority and will be eligible for higher pay.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation:

• The pay for this position will be based on a percentage of the supplements paid out, providing a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to directly influence their earnings.
• Licensed Public Adjusters will receive competitive compensation reflective of their experience and the value they bring to our team.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
