In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Plans, manages and produces communications and related materials to meet Cummins strategies and objectives.
- Manages, coaches and mentor's professional/hourly staff; provides guidance and direction, delegates work appropriately.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
- College, university, or equivalent degree in communications, marketing, or a related subject required.
- MBA, master's in communications, master's in marketing, or equivalent degree highly preferred.
Experience
- Digital experience preferred (emerging trends, digital for business, metrics, paid vs. organic, advertising content).
- Graphic design skills, visual communications channel capabilities preferred.
- Global perspective and experience preferred.
- Client/account management preferred.
- System integration/account management for marketing roles preferred.
- 6 Sigma, Value Stream Transformation, continuous improvement experience preferred.
- B2B experience preferred.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- As a member of the Global Digital Marketing team, the Sr. Manager, Marketing Automation & Digital Operations will create the strategy for Marketing Automation programs, email marketing, database segmentation, lead scoring, lead attribution modeling, and full closed-loop reporting.
- The Sr. Manager, Marketing Automation & Digital Operations will ensure integration with the Marketing Automation system and CRM, the enablement and change management of campaigns, the lead processing and routing, as well performance reporting for MROI and pipeline influence.
- A successful candidate will have a proven track record of:
o Delivering world-class and large-scale email marketing campaigns, nurture campaigns, database segmentation, lead scoring, lead attribution models, and closed-loop reporting.
o Experience developing and overseeing Marketing Automation systems and CRMs.
o Strategic digital marketing that demonstrates MROI
o Demonstrating strong fluency in technical aspects of digital marketing tools and technology platforminterfaces.
o Strategically managing and deploying MarTech tools in support of broader businessobjectives.
o Partnering seamlessly and strategically across varied groups (marketing communications teams, business units, sales operations, IT) to deliver desired outcomes.
Salary range is $114,400 - $171,600. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after taking into account relevant factors, including Compensation and Benefits
