Our team of experts works diligently to ensure our clients receive the maximum entitlements under their policies. We are expanding our operations and are looking for motivated professionals to join our field documentation team and serve as Field Public Adjusters.

Job Summary:

As a member of our field team, you will play a critical role in documenting property damage and gathering the necessary evidence to support insurance claims. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Whether you are conducting site inspections, compiling documentation, or representing our clients in claim negotiations, your work will directly impact our clients' recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of property damage, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Document and compile detailed reports of damages, including photographs, measurements, and notes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyze documentation and prepare claims for submission.
• May include - Negotiate with insurance carriers on behalf of our clients to ensure fair and just settlements.
• Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed throughout the claim process.
• Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Public Adjuster or in a related field such as property inspection, construction, or insurance claims handling preferred.
• State Public Adjuster License (or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and software for report writing and documentation.
• Ability to travel locally to various inspection sites.
• High school diploma required; further education or certifications in related fields are a plus.
