We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record of success in sales, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The candidate should have direct experience in the fastener distribution industry. This role would have potential for a leadership position over an extended period, joining an exciting new team at a 75+ year old business.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
• Manage customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume.
• Identify new business opportunities and create sales plans to capitalize on them.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop strategies to increase sales.
• Negotiate contracts with customers and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
