SalarySUMMARY
To preform Inside Sales activities, including shipping, customer service, freight coordination, invoicing, and data file/ test report management.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Customer service and or sales experience preferred.
2. Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to use related equipment and Microsoft Office, ICIM, and Microsoft Windows.
4. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
5. College degree a plus
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Updating ICIM relating to incoming goods.
2. Assist in traffic coordination and be able to fill in when needed.
3. Assist in customer service by giving order status and tracking information.
4. Coordinate the creation and sending of data files / test reports to customers.
5. Create and send invoices to customers and agents daily.
6. Other duties as assigned
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Input and Maintain Sales Orders in ICIM.
2. Send order acknowledgements to agents and customers.
3. Keep incoming good statuses up to date in ICIM.
4. Back up the Inside Sales Administrator with knowledge on order processing.
5. Back up the Traffic Administrator with knowledge of shipping procedures.
6. Understand that job descriptions change over time. You are expected to maintain competence, awareness, and compliance with your job.
7. Work as a member of the sales and marketing team, with Ritz management in an effective manner to perform work of high quality, with minimal or no errors.
8. Work in a productive manner. While on company time do not conduct personal business or business not related to Ritz’s primary business unless specifically approved by supervisor.
9. Take care to produce accurate and high quality work.
10. Treat all Ritz information and customer information in a confidential manner.
11. Understand and abide by office policies and procedures.
12. Inform supervisor of any issues or problems that affect your ability to meet requirements.
13. Understand and efficiently use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and ICIM.
14. Process email request from agents/customers and other Ritz personnel in a timely and accurate manner.
15. Avoid any discussion concerning personal behavior or circumstances of customers, other Ritz employees, or vendors with persons not associated with Ritz management.
