E-Commerce Clerk

Carolina Skiff is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Waycross, GA. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our online sales platforms and ensuring a seamless customer/dealer experience. Duties:
- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability

- Proactively monitor and print online order requests from our website and company's eBay store

-Collect merchandise throughout the warehouse to match to orders with accuracy and speed

- Work with accounting department to ensure all payments are processed correctly

- Effectively communicate with leadership regarding fulfillment challenges

- Follow instructions diligently to fulfill orders accurately

- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, free from safety hazards

- Stock inventory and supplies as needed

- Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to management

- Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in e-commerce or related field is preferred

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

- Basic math skills for inventory management

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance

- Requires standing and other physical movements on a frequent basis

- Ability to work in temperature levels that may fluctuate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
