Duties
- Maintains sales orders/invoices/returns of invoices in database
- Monitors inventory and ensures the items are in stock.
- Updates and keeps customer records.
- Updates and maintains customer ABC license records.
- Collects payment and records all payment transactions in company portal
- Meet or surpass customer expectations, providing excellent service and building rapport.
- Prepares and keeps all sales and marketing materials.
- Report immediately to the account manager any inventory or service issues.
- Atten company events as needed
- Purchases food materials, collect fees and pays suppliers.
- Ad hoc duties
- Bilingual English and Japanese
- Positive attitude, Willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Problem-solving skills and skilled with numbers.
- Office 365
- High School Diploma required, AA or BA preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
