Form of workThe Inpatient Clinical Manager position will manage the people and responsibilities of the Social Services department, Activity Coordinator, and Intake Coordinators. The position will ensure that all CMS and Joint Commission regulations regarding non-medical clinical services are met (for example Psychosocial Evaluations, Discharge Planning, Family Education, Activities, Transition Planning, Individualized and Group services, etc.). The position will interact closely with the Inpatient provider for coordination and collaboration of medical and clinical services.
Qualifications:
- Education: Masters of Social Work required.
- Certificate or Professional License: LCSW preferred.
- Experience: Prefer two (2) years' experience performing clinical services in a behavioral health setting
- Valid driver's license and active liability insurance.
- Satisfactory results from criminal background check.
