Fortive (www.fortive.com) is seeking an Innovation Catalyst to work as a member of our cross-functional Growth Accelerator team.
We teach, coach and work collaboratively with teams with varied strengths across Fortive’s portfolio of operating companies. Our team applies innovation standard methodologies and delivers breakthrough solutions that drive sustainable growth for Fortive
As an Innovation Catalyst, you’ll serve as the lynchpin for the Growth Accelerator Journey, a process of immersive VOC, conceptualization and rapid experimentation. Alongside a team of ambitious, hard-working, curious people, you will play a vital role in building a culture of innovation at Fortive. If you’re excited by both guiding and rolling up your sleeves and doing innovation work, this is an extraordinary role.

Qualifications
You have proven experience and education in the following:
At least 3-5 years of corporate experience in VOC (Voice of Customer), Experimentation in a startup setting
Product Management experience required; enough business, commercial, and product knowledge to elicit questions for the team
Ability to facilitate through a process; know when to facilitate and when to pick up the pen
Presence and technical depth to function as mentor/advisor and deliver training across Fortive globally
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Anthropology, Psychology, Marketing, Customer Experience, Design Thinking, Engineering
MBA preferred, not required

National: The salary range for this position is $140,600- $261,200
This position is also eligible for bonus and equity as part of the total compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
