Fluke (www.fluke.com) is seeking an Senior Innovation Catalyst to work as a member of our cross-functional Innovation team.

We guide, mentor and work collaboratively with complementary teams across Fluke. Our team applies innovation standard practices and delivers breakthrough solutions that drive balanced growth for Fluke.

You’ll serve as the lynchpin for the Growth Accelerator Journey, a process of immersive VOC, conceptualization and rapid experimentation. Alongside a team of ambitious, successful, curious people, you will play a vital role in building a culture of innovation at Fluke. You have demonstrable experience and education in the following:

  • Previous start up, incubator, innovation lab, growth accelerator
  • and/or design and innovation firm experience
  • Experience in VOC, Experimentation in a startup setting
  • Presence and technical depth to function as mentor/advisor and deliver training across business portfolios and leaders globally
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Anthropology, Psychology, Marketing, Customer Experience, Design Thinking, Engineering

Everett, WA: The salary range for this position is $89,240-$165,600.


This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
