Role
As a Mold Change Specialist (also known as Process Technician, Production Operator), you'll perform mold changes, ensure all process parameters and settings align with the process set-up sheets, and aim for zero defects. You'll also work on maximizing machine uptimes, reducing downtime, ensuring safety features are functioning, and assisting in training other technicians and operators.
