You will serve as an INFORMATION AND REFERRAL ASSISTANT (OA) in the Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC) of NAVAL WEAPONS STATION EARLE.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector 1) Communicating with customers to obtain factual information and develop responses/solutions regarding human services; 2) Preparing and reviewing correspondences, reports and other documents; and 3) Updating and revising data in existing databases and spreadsheets to produce documents and reports.
