Job description

Servco is deeply rooted in service to the community, with philanthropic activity spanning the Fukunaga Scholarship Foundation, Servco Foundation, and Servco Pacific Inc. We're looking for a part-time Community Relations Manager to manage our scholarship programs, elevate giving, and foster continued community engagement within both the Foundation and Servco Pacific Inc. This role will be responsible for managing all elements of the scholarship programs, administering the grant and sponsorship processes, enhancing all operational processes, and strengthening relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role positively impacts the employee experience at Servco and the communities and markets we serve. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter, exceptional communicator, well organized, and passionate about supporting community-focused initiatives.
This will be a part-time position (15-25 hours weekly). Working days will be Monday-Friday (work schedule to be finalized with manager). This is a hybrid work environment with opportunity to work from home and in office.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operational and administrative elements of the Fukunaga Scholarship Foundation, Servco Foundation, and Servco Pacific Inc. corporate giving program to include ownership and administration of all related process; management and oversight of all events, relationships, and sponsorships; preparing all agreements, reports, and meeting materials; and continuously implementing efficiencies and improvements
  • Provide oversight and management of annual budgets and expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance and governance with regulations and bylaws
  • Effectively liaise across the organization, working closely with Marketing, Accounting and Financial Services, Legal, Human Resources, and our customer-facing lines of business
  • Manage all requests for Foundation, corporate giving and community engagement while also proactively sourcing community development opportunities
  • Foster positive relationships with non-profit organizations, community leaders, student beneficiaries and educational institutions for the scholarship programs
  • Optimize our Team Serve employee volunteer program by providing oversight and guidance for employee led donations and volunteer opportunities
  • Drive communications and marketing with the goal of increasing participation and awareness in our Community Relations efforts, both internally and externally
  • In collaboration with the Chief People Officer and other leadership stakeholders, this position will support development of strategic plans for the Fukunaga Scholarship Foundation, Servco Foundation, and Servco Pacific Inc. corporate giving program
  • Plan and implement special events as needed

Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • 3 - 5 years of professional and relevant work experience
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Prior and/or current experience working in high school, higher-education, philanthropy, community development, and/or non-profit board is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities to include high-level strategic planning, process management, and execution of tasks
  • Experienced budget tracking and management
  • Sound time management, including multi-tasking and prioritization
  • Able to work well independently, with a team, and cross-functionally across all levels of the organization
  • Comfort with executive presentations, including facilitation of meetings and preparation of materials
  • Strategic, organized, and detail-oriented individual with the willingness to collaborate with others
  • Resourceful and adaptable

Pay range posted below is for a full-time position. Pay range for this part-time position would be 50% of the target full-time schedule/pay range.
Pay Range: $69,800.00 - $106,120.00 per year
