Job Description
As a Plant Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Repair Specialist, Facility Maintenance Operator), you will be responsible for mechanical and electrical repair, as well as preventative maintenance of plant and facility equipment. You will actively participate in improving the plant's safety culture, conform to all safety policies, and troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will also support production to ensure continuous and efficient operation, communicate issues, interpret drawings and manuals, complete assigned work orders, and work directly with contractors.

- At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or related field.
- Strong mechanical background and general building maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated equipment troubleshooting ability.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work a 24/5 non-rotating schedule with occasional scheduled Saturday overtime.
- Must be able to read, and interpret mechanical and electrical prints, schematics, & documents.
