Permanent Role - Electrician Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on all production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
• Replace or repair parts on various machines, including motors, pneumatic tools, hydraulics, conveyor systems, electrical devices, and production equipment.
• Observe and listen to mechanical devices in operation to identify and address sources of trouble.
• Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts, and meticulously examine the form and texture of components to detect imperfections.
• Inspect used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements and make necessary adjustments.
• Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments, repairing or replacing defective components as needed.
• Install special functional and structural parts in devices to enhance performance.
• Initiate purchase orders for parts and machinery, while also ensuring proper lubrication and cleaning of parts.
• Participate in the on-call program and be prepared to work additional hours as required.
• Adhere to all safety rules and procedures, maintaining a secure working environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), along with at least one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Thorough understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Preferred possession of an Electrician's License, though not mandatory.
