Job Description:
- Significant experience as an Agile Coach, guiding teams to adopt agile and overcome obstacles within large, complex organisations.
- Exposure to Scrum Scale, Large Scale Scrum, Scrum, Kanban, and any certifications such as CSP (Scrum), KMP (Kanban), ICP-ACC (ICAgile) and Scrum@Scale Practitioner would be highly desirable.
- Strong skills in facilitation, continuous improvement, empowerment, and transparency.
- Ability to evaluate organisational maturity and create a plan to improve it.
- Experience working with Business and Technology teams at an Executive level.
- Computing or engineering qualification to degree level and an ICF certification.
- Familiarity with both Business Change and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) preferred.

- Shape the continuous improvement mindset of the organisation; create high-performing Alliances, Pods &
- Squads focused on customer centricity and value, fostering self-management and collaboration.
- Coach and provide tailored expertise across multiple teams to assess and uplift agile capability e.g., organizing in Value Streams, clear alignment with OKRs, breaking down work consistently, well-informed backlog management, servant leadership mindset, etc.
- Curate and deliver agile capability uplift across Portfolios, Alliances, Pods and broader MMC e.g., training, custom workshops, coaching, mentoring, value stream review, etc.
- Leverage the Agile & Product Owner communities to identify systemic (pan-MMC) inhibitors of agile ways of working and drive the resolution of these to enable the successful scaling of agile.
- Work with other Agile Coaches to establish and evolve MMC Agile@Scale Culture and guidance and improve the application of agile practices across MMC.
- Share industry trends and best practices, share ideas with our internal community and influence agile communities and standards.
