Job Requirements:
· Experience with automated filling, packaging and palletizing systems.
· Demonstrate proficient knowledge with regard to building & infrastructure maintenance, repair, & operation.
· Strong background in automated controls systems.
· Acts as the “first responder” when a line stops producing and assures that the appropriate mechanical help is on site to correct any problems quickly.
· Work with production team to make rapid, educated decisions regarding the issue at hand and trouble shoot systems, resolve issues by providing investigation, analysis, test, and follow-up where appropriate.
· Work with maintenance team to assure the completion of preventative maintenance plans on equipment and machinery to assure efficient and safe operating conditions.
· Maintenance, testing and upgrading of all production equipment.
· Commitment to flexible hours and shift work including weekends.
Six day work weeks are not uncommon.
