Work for a Manufacturer in Hunterdon County as a Maintenance Technician:
Perform a wide range of intermediate-level maintenance and mechanical repair activities on vehicles and equipment.
This role requires experience in preventive maintenance, diagnosing equipment malfunctions, and taking appropriate corrective action.
Responsibilities

Qualifications:
- Proficient in independent work, prioritizing safety and professionalism when Lead staff is unavailable.
- Competent in basic oven repairs, including Inswool and refractory repair.
- Capable of basic hydraulic and pneumatic repairs with assistance.
- Demonstrates basic electrical skills with assistance, including safe handling of electricity up to 480 volts AC and
- Exhibits initiative and independent work capabilities.
- Self-motivated, consistently engaged in productive tasks.
- Detail-oriented and committed to safety.
- Able to design and fabricate machine guards according to OSHA standards.
- Promptly reports critical equipment issues.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Reads and comprehends repair manuals.
- Possesses and effectively uses basic hand tools.
- Competent in basic troubleshooting without assistance.
- Consistently adheres to company safety requirements.
- Proficient in disassembling and reassembling gearboxes.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Technical certification or vocational training in machinery repair or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in completing work orders and managing assignments within designated timeframes.
- Proficient in troubleshooting machinery issues
