Form of work Responsibilities:
- Experience in performing Video based time studies and work breakdown activities.
- Perform Line Balancing Studies using Yam Azumi charts.
- Identify process improvement and support in productivity improvement initiative.
- Should have experience in high volume and high mix production environment.
- Experience in multi model line balancing and level loading.
- Knowledge on Lean manufacturing, Total quality management, Kaizen, 5s, Material tracking - Kanban, Poke - Yoka etc.
- Drive, Identify and Implement the key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity, and improve cycle time.
- Strong experience in developing operational methods like SOP, Work Instructions, Gemba according to required work.
- Should work in CFT team structure and perform on tight timelines.
- Identify Countermeasures / Process improvements for eliminating NVA activities.
- Create Current State VSM and find out capacities of each cell.
- nalyze data collected from shop floor and performed capacity calculation and cell utilization.
- nalyze bottleneck in the process, understand current challenges and projects in place to improve performance.
- Data collection for time study and Perform VA / NVA / RNVA analysis.
- Create / Update VSM for current state and chart out future state VSM.
- Identify Countermeasures / Process improvements for eliminating NVA activities.
- Material and internal supply logistics study and identify wastes in current process.
- Propose process improvements to reduce the indirect labour cost.
- Support in implementing the Process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree preferably Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering
