Senior Industrial Engineer

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and implementing innovative solutions. This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise and leadership abilities.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes and systems
- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct time studies and work measurement analysis to optimize workflow
- Design and implement lean manufacturing principles and practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of production issues and develop effective solutions
- Utilize GD&T principles to ensure accurate assembly of components
- Program and troubleshoot CNC machines and industrial equipment
- Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Industrial Engineering techniques
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering roles
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in programming logic controllers (PLCs) and robotics
- Experience with quantum engineering concepts is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
