Pay and Benefits:
- Availability: Full-time, On-call, 40 ~ 45 hours per week
- Compensation Range: $60,000-$80,000 (Hourly plus bonuses)

What You'll Do:
- Maintaining reliable and predictable attendance to include
- Being onsite and on time for all designated calls
- Being on time to weekly meetings
- Properly diagnosing issues
- Finding solutions to improve IAQ, comfort and savings.
- Building custom packages for customers
- Clearly and professionally communicate options to customers.
- Completing all necessary documents required at each call- Invoice, Option sheet and Green sheet (when needed)
- Communication clearly with team members, dispatch, managers, and installers daily in a professional manner
- Collection of payments from customers for work being performed and ensuring payments are submitted in a timely manner.
- Attend regular training courses for new products and/or product updates.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 2 years customer service/sales experience
- Maintain a working product knowledge of HVAC equipment, practices, and procedures.
- Achieve expected closing percentages, monthly goals, and average tickets metrics.
- Subject to 90-day evaluation period on failed expectations
- Able to prospect and generate new business for the company.
- Proficient mathematical skills to bid and job cost HVAC projects.
- Ability to work independently.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Lifting
- Climbing: ladders, stairs, etc.
- Bending or stooping
- Extended periods of walking
- Able to tolerate varying weather conditions.
- Operating a motor vehicle
- Operating power or hand tools
- Working in confined spaces: attics, crawl spaces, mechanical room, etc.
