Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and reviewing the quality and food safety of products made at the facility against the internal standards and specifications.
- Perform and complete visual,sensory, and analytical testing components for product quality, weight compliance, packaging integrity and quality, and recording results
- Conduct( in coordination with the quality assurance manager) food safety investigations on holds/quarantined product
- Understand and assist in the implementation of company SOPs and GMPs.
- Understand quality system and requirements and report to quality manager and production supervisors any non-compliances.
- Input data inot computers using software
- Verify the quality checks performed by production operators are accurate and
