Quick Delivery Service is hiring! Come join our team! Monday through Friday full-time schedule with some flexibility on shift start time. Desired shift is 9:30am-6:00pm. No weekends required. We are located in South Schaumburg near Mitchell Blvd and the Elgin-O'Hare Expressway.
Position Description: This is a full-time time position Monday thru Friday. Our company prides itself on efficient Customer Service and support. Job duties include answering phone calls to place orders for customers, placing orders for customers via email, directing phone calls to the proper personnel, and processing daily paperwork batches. Other duties may be assigned as needed. You will be an integral team member providing clients with information about our business to business services and options. This is a critical position to the company as you will be a member of the team that is the primary customer contact. Additional compensation can be provided if candidates have an interest and experience in inside sales work.

In this role, you will provide support to the Customer Service team on a variety of projects and tasks. You will have heavy interaction with customers primarily via phone and email.
Requirements: Pleasant phone personality coupled with solid computer skills. The ability to be an efficient multi-tasker is key. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment to provide quick and courteous service to customers and meet project objectives. Transportation or trucking experience is preferred.
