Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of the child and try to create a stimulating and engaging environment for children in their homes (we provide video/online training if needed). Sometimes parents are even at home but like to work behind closed doors and just need extra help to watch their child or children.
- Implement established routines and schedules as provided by parents or guardians.
- Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere.
- Arrive on time and show up to the schedule that you have committed to.
Qualifications:
- Being over 18 years old.
- Hold US social security ( No Cash Pay)
- Prior experience in babysitting, childcare, or related roles is preferred but not required.
- Passion for working with children or being around them. You can choose the age range of children you like to babysit.
- Have a clean background
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Completion of CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it by taking 30-minute online class).
- Successful completion of a thorough background check that we do it all online.
- Pass the interview
