SalaryWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques when necessary
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Engage individuals in meaningful activities and social interactions
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to supervisors
- Respect and uphold the rights of residents or clients
Skills:
- Experience in patient care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred
- Knowledge of caregiving systems and techniques
- Ability to work well with others and provide support in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Empathy, patience, and compassion for those in need of care
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when required
- Familiarity with assisted living regulations and resident rights
