Must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states to be eligible for hire: Florida, Vermont, Tennessee, Texas, New York, Washington, Nebraska, North Carolina, Arizona, Rhode Island, New Jersey, California, Missouri, Michigan, Massachusetts, or Illinois.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement corporate or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management.
- Confer with customers by telephone or video calls, and email to provide information about products and services.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding system access or system questions to resolve problems.
- Ask questions in accordance with instructions to obtain various specified information, such as client’s primary and HR contact, employee headcount and work locations.
- Compile information about new accounts, enter account information into CRM system, and support ongoing data maintenance.
- Investigate and correct errors on implementation cases and accounts in CRM system or HR Compliance Library.
- Input data such as updated client information into CRM system.
- Relay client concerns to the HR Consulting management team.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Retrieve corporate documents or case records.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken to resolve issues.
- Work to determine root-cause issues, identify trends, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Work cross-departmentally with other groups to assist with client support to resolution and promote One Asure.
- Provide administrative support.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support overall departmental and Asure client needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School/G.E.D or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 1 year of experience in client-facing support role.
- Prior exposure to HR Support highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve client complaints.
- Outstanding verbal and written ability to correspond with clients, stakeholders and the HR team
- Initiative, good judgment, and a high standard of professional business ethics. Professional manner required in appearance, speech, and presentation of self and developed materials.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information received from clients and Asure.
- Excellent customer service and project management skills.
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions from clients and co-workers and easily adapt to ambiguous situations.
- Must be highly organized and work independently with a moderate level of supervision.
