Payroll Implementation Specialist (Paylocity)

Company Overview: We are a forward-thinking organization committed to delivering excellence in payroll and HR solutions. We are currently embarking on an exciting project to implement Paylocity's Payroll and Timekeeping system and are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and successful implementation of Paylocity within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation of Paylocity Payroll and Timekeeping systems.
• Collaborate with our internal project team and external Paylocity representatives to ensure project goals and timelines are aligned.
• Manage data migration from existing systems to Paylocity, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Configure Paylocity settings to align with our organization's payroll and timekeeping processes.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot any issues before going live.
• Provide training and support to staff, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
• Coordinate post-implementation reviews and adjust configurations as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Paylocity Payroll and Timekeeping implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, timekeeping systems, and HR operations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in data analysis and migration techniques.
• Exceptional communication and training skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Contract Details:

• This is a 1099 contractor position.
• The project is estimated to last 3-4 months, possibly extending depending on project requirements.
• The role is primarily remote, but the contractor is required to work on EST and may be required to attend occasional on-site meetings.
