What We Need
With a growing list of payer and health system relationships, Synapse Health is looking for a talented Implementation Manager to support new partner launches and oversee strategic projects. This role is responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and ensure successful execution of implementation plans for multi-state launches. The Implementation Manager will report directly to the Vice President, Market Strategy & Implementation and will work cross-functionally to ensure objectives are met and work is completed on-time and in-line with business expectations.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with business partners including operations, technology, network, sales, legal and compliance to develop implementation plans.
- Support new partner launches including project planning and on-going communications across internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership in defining scope changes, related impacts, and evaluation of recommended solutions.
- Monitor implementation activities against timelines, set expectations clearly.
- Escalate issues/risks as needed.
- Analyze data and evaluate analyses conducted by others. Prepare preliminary interpretations and reports summarizing and synthesizing analytical results. In response to findings, develop business cases for review with impacted leads.
- Identify any gaps in processes, ensuring that solutions are found, communicated, and documented.
- Where required, partner with IT and Operations resources to enable system or process enhancements.
- Conduct post implementation lessons learned evaluation.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
What You Have
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- At least 4-5 years of implementation management or project management experience. (Required)
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of DME industry or health plan operations preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn job-specific software systems.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
