Position Summary:
The Manager, Business Insights Implementation, is responsible for the adoption and engagement of the organization's reporting and analytics solutions portfolio and associated projects. This individual will play a critical role in developing and managing our data literacy program to enable our organization to make data driven decisions and foster a culture of continuous learning. Additionally, this role is responsible for proactive engagement across business stakeholders in multiple domains and across all departments to influence decisions and ensure alignment of Reporting and Analytics initiatives to the company's Business Insights strategy.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Owns US Business Insights adoption, user feedback, enhancement requests, and providing business with direct support and successful integration of analysis results
• Supports ownership of US Business Insights solutions within the Power BI platform that provide high quality, reliable and value-added information, and insights to business users
• Support the development and implementation of data literacy training program and Power BI adoption
• Defines and manages roadmaps in accordance with major business functional groups and in alignment with the broader Business Insights strategy
• Drives Business Insights project milestones and deliverables to completion and defines accountabilities for key project activities
• Regularly collaborates with business leadership across the US to define new metrics, solutions and approaches to address business needs and opportunities
• Manages a team of direct reports, responsible for delivery of US Business Insights solutions
• Establishes effective strategic partnerships with business leadership, external vendors, and key technical resources
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or related field with at least 6 years of experience working with analytics solutions
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of common Business Intelligence tools and techniques, including but not limited to: Data Visualization and Reporting (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Demonstrated application of Business Intelligence best practices in reporting and analytics solutions
• Demonstrated comprehension and experience with common project management methodologies (such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)
• Previous experience applying analytical tools, techniques, and processes to solve business problems
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with key business stakeholders in both defining and presenting analytical solutions
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills with all levels of employees, and management
• Previous experience leading and/or managing a development team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create and tailor communications to a wide variety of audiences; ability to communicate complex topics in a simple manner
• Demonstrated track record of leading significant process improvements and managing through change
• Ability to travel as needed for projects, estimated to be no more than 30% per year
• This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience leading data literacy program
• Post Graduate degree
• Familiarity and/or experience with foundational Supply Chain processes and metrics
• Experience within the distribution or Food Service industry
• Familiarity with application of advanced analytics technologies and solutions such as streaming analytics, predictive algorithms, and machine learning
